Interactive presentations
Sharing, editing, making editions of and embedding your presentations.
- What is an interactive presentation?A web presentation Bridger builds for you. People open it from a link, you see who viewed it, and it can collect responses and bookings.
- How do I share a presentation?Open the presentation, select Share, then name a tracked link with Generate or copy your main edition link. Anyone in the workspace can share.
- Who can see a share link?A share link is unlisted, not private — anyone holding it can open it. What Bridger's access settings change, and what they do not.
- How do I make an edition of a presentation?Pick + New edition, name it, then change what that edition shows. Editions come with the Studio plan; if they are off, ask Bridger with Get started.
- How do I edit the text and images in my presentation?Switch the presentation from Preview to Edit, select an edit button on the slide, change it and publish. Changes go live straight away.
- How do I embed a presentation on my website?Copy the embed code from the presentation's ⋯ menu or the Share dialog and paste it into your page. It works on any website.
- How do I duplicate, archive or restore a presentation?Use the ⋯ menu on a presentation's card in Library. Copies and restored presentations start as Drafts that Bridger publishes.
- Can I download my presentation as a PDF?Yes, if Bridger has turned on PDF download for it. Owners and Editors select Download PDF from the presentation's ⋯ menu.
- How do I change the numbers in a calculator? In Edit, open Calculation values, change a rate or limit, check the before and after, and publish. The formula itself is changed by your Bridger team.
- Can my share links use my own domain?Yes. Bridger can serve your workspace's share links from a subdomain you own, like view.yourcompany.com, after your IT team adds one DNS record.
- How do I present my presentation smoothly?Open it from the portal with Present, load it before you start, and share one tab on a video call. It needs an internet connection, so have a phone hotspot ready.
