Terms of Use
Last updated 18 June 2026
These terms govern your use of the Bridger Client Portal (the “Portal”), operated by Bridger Creative (“Bridger”, “we”, “us”). By signing in, you agree to them. If you’re using the Portal on behalf of an organization, you accept on its behalf.
1. Who can use the Portal
Access is by invitation only — you must be an authorized member of a Bridger client workspace, or a member of the Bridger team. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access private.
2. Signing in
The Portal uses passwordless, one-time email codes — there’s no password to manage. Keep your email account and devices secure, and don’t share sign-in links or codes. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. What the Portal is for
The Portal lets you view presentations, projects, and related materials Bridger has shared with your workspace, follow their progress, and submit feedback or responses where invited. Materials are provided for your internal review in connection with your engagement with Bridger.
4. Confidentiality & ownership
Presentations, designs, analytics, and other materials in the Portal are confidential and remain the property of Bridger or its clients. You may view and use them only for your engagement. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, or share them outside your organization without written permission. Trademarks and brand assets remain their owners’ property.
5. Acceptable use
- Don’t attempt to access workspaces, data, or accounts that aren’t yours.
- Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, probe, or interfere with the Portal or its security.
- Don’t upload malware or unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
6. Content you submit
Feedback, form and module responses, and content edits you submit may be stored and used by Bridger to deliver and improve your engagement. Only submit content you have the right to share.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Portal available and accurate, but it is provided “as is.” Features may change and access may be limited for maintenance.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or end access at any time — including when an engagement concludes or these terms are breached. On termination, your right to access the materials ends.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridger is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Portal.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
11. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; we’ll note material changes in the Portal. Questions: legal@bridgercreative.com.
