- What do I do first in Bridger Sales Academy?Sign in and start with what your manager put in front of you, under Prepare in the sidebar — a path under My paths, or a practice session on Practice.
- How do I work through a path?Open the path from My paths, unfold each step in order, and tick it done. Plays finish when you run them, checkpoints when you answer every question.
- How is a step or path marked complete?On a path you tick lessons and content yourself, a play completes when you run it, and a checkpoint when every question is answered. A path is complete when every step is.
- How does a practice play work?A play is a sales situation you answer out loud in three steps — read the situation, answer, then review yourself against a strong answer. It counts once you reach Review.
- How do I grade my own practice, and who sees it?On Review you tick the checks you actually said and decide Keeper or Not yet. Your checks never leave the screen; a take you keep, your managers can hear.
- Where are my practice recordings stored?In your browser, on the device you recorded on. A take leaves your device only if you keep it, which lets your managers hear it, or send it for coaching.
- How do I ask a manager for coaching on a practice take?Record a take, pick Keeper or Not yet on Review, and click Ask for coaching. One manager hears it, grades it fresh, and you compare grades.
- How do checkpoints work?A checkpoint is up to five multiple-choice questions on a path. Each answer is marked at once, the step is done when you have answered them all, and you can go again.
- How do I get certified on a path?Finish every step, meet any checkpoint pass mark and recorded roleplay the path asks for, then click Request sign-off. A Sales Academy manager approves it and you get a certificate.
