Finding your way around

Your workspace has five places, and the sidebar is the same on every page. On a phone the same five sit in a bar along the bottom.

The five

Home is the landing page: what is new, what needs your attention, and the projects worth opening first.

Library is every project shared with you, in one list. If you have been sent a link and want to find it again later, this is where it is.

Insights is the numbers behind a project — who opened it, for how long, and which parts they spent time on. See who can see a share link for what is and is not attributed.

Learning holds collections, paths and your team's progress. It appears only if your workspace has it switched on, so its absence is a setting rather than a fault.

Settings covers your own profile and notifications, and — if you are a Workspace owner — your team and their roles.

The workspace sidebar listing Home, Library and Insights, then a divider, then Learning tagged Team and Settings, with a Get Help button at the bottom.
The divider is doing work: everything above it is your projects, everything below is your team.

Moving between workspaces

If you belong to more than one, the avatar menu at the top lists them. Each keeps its own projects, its own team and its own roles.
