Signing in to the portal
You sign in with a six-digit code sent to your email address. There is no password to set, remember or reset. Enter your email, wait for the message, then type the code on the next screen.
Signing in
- Go to your workspace address — it looks like
app.bridgercreative.com/your-company— or to app.bridgercreative.com/login. - Enter the email address your invitation was sent to, and choose Send code.
- Open the email from Bridger and copy the six-digit code.
- Type the code into the portal and choose Sign in.
The code is single-use. Signing in again — on another device, or after signing out — sends a new one.

The code did not arrive
There are only three reasons a code does not turn up, and the screen looks identical for all three.
The email went to spam or a filtered folder. Search for bridger@auth.bridgercreative.com rather than for the word "Bridger" — the sender address is more reliable than the subject line.
You typed a different address from the one you were invited on. The portal is invite-only. It does not create accounts, so an address nobody has invited gets no code.
You do not have access yet. If the address is unknown to us, the portal quietly passes your request to the Bridger team instead of telling you the account does not exist, and shows you the same "check your email" screen either way. That is deliberate — it means the page cannot be used to work out who does and does not have an account — but it also means a missing code is sometimes an access problem rather than a delivery one.
If none of the three fits, ask whoever invited you to confirm the address on your invitation, then try once more.
"Continue with Google" does not work for me
That button is for the Bridger team only. Google itself refuses accounts outside Bridger's own organisation, so a client account gets an "Access blocked" page from Google rather than an error from us.
Your workspace's own sign-in address — the one with your company name in it — offers the code flow alone, and is the address to use and to bookmark.
Staying signed in
The portal keeps you signed in on that browser until you sign out or the session expires. Use Sign out in the avatar menu on a shared or borrowed computer; closing the tab is not the same thing.
This did not answer your question? Email hello@bridgercreative.com and tell us what you were trying to do. If it is about a specific project, the fastest route is the Get Help button inside your workspace — it reaches the people already working on it.
